Examples of our experience

We acted for ASX listed company, Straker Translations, a technology-based translation services company, on a strategically important acquisition of Spanish company Com Translations for its expansion into media and audio-visual translations.

We advised specialist financier, Reditum Capital, in relation to the acquisition of a hotel in Spain, including due diligence on the asset and the preparation of a property litigation strategy to remedy the issues to be inherited.

We advised New Zealand company, Organic Initiative, on its bid to acquire 60% shareholding of a Spanish cotton manufacturing supplier in Catalonia.

We advised a Dubai-based group of investors, in relation to the acquisition of several hotels in Spain in conjunction with brand specialist Silver and Black for the development of their Hospitality Lifestyle category of hotels.

We advised a Forbes listed wealthiest individual on an investment funding agreement with a Spanish business entailing the re-structuring of the Spanish company and advice on the risks of insolvency.

We acted for Iquone Healthcare, a privately owned Swiss based speciality pharmaceutical business, in the establishment of its subsidiary in Spain.

We acted for Ostara Nutrient Recovery Technologies, a Canadian manufacturer of nutrient management systems for wastewater treatment plants, in setting up its branch in Spain as part of its expansion into the European market.

We acted for Turkish health services provider Hotelistan Turizm in setting up its branch in Spain as part of its international expansion.

We acted for the UK subsidiary of US life science recruitment agency, Volt Group, in restructuring its Spanish subsidiary involving the changing its legal and business structure.
